Destination Australien - a Webinar series

The market entry to a new country and culture is often associated with many hurdles and brings along various questions. In our webinar series Destination Australien, we want to answer many of your questions about Australia, the culture but even more so cover relevant business topics. Each webinar will touch base on a different topic and give you insights shared by an expert. We will look at crucial topics that are important in setting up a business in Down Under as legislation and business set up can look different to Germany in some areas.

Our topic: The search for skilled workers - Which visa allow to work in Australia

An unemployment rate of 3.5% forces many companies to recruit skilled workers from overseas. This webinar will provide an overview of what visas with work rights are available and touches base on the various options:

  • 400 or 482/TSS Visa
  • Working Holiday Visa
  • Student Visa
  • Permanent Residency through skilled migration (186, sponsored by employer, or 189, skilled independent).

Additionally, this webinar will provide an outlook of announced future changes to immigration law.
