Hatz is a global independent specialist for small and compact diesel engines with power outputs from 1.5 kW single-cylinder to 64 kW four-cylinder. Our diesel engines are used in all fields of application, such as construction machinery, emergency services, compressors, power generation, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, and handling equipment.
In addition to the compact construction, Hatz is known for the reliability and lifetime of its products across the entire range of services. All engines are produced according to customer requirements and specifications and are also the only engine in this market segment to use air cooling, thus fulfilling the stringent exhaust gas regulations of the USA (EPA Tier IV final) and the EU (Stage V).
