Discover and explore fascinating energy projects on the west coast of Australia
Join our Energy & Hydrogen Delegation to Western Australia! Starting from Perth, together we will discover and explore fascinating projects along the west coast and gain significant knowledge about the industry.
Building on the success of the 2022 Critical Minerals Delegation to Western Australia and the Hydrogen Delegation to Gladstone, the AHK Australien is following up with a trip to the West Coast focused on renewable energy and hydrogen.
The packed program will give unique access to high-value industry expertise and the current thinking of the Western Australian government whilst creating awareness of, and connection to, the numerous significant partners and projects in Western Australia.
Our objective is to create business-to-business opportunities for our members and in particular those from our Energy Cluster with substantial opportunities to network with key German-Australian Industry participants throughout the delegation. Delegates will also be given an opportunity to present their organisation to the delegation and site hosts.
We will also be welcoming delegates from the German energy sector as well as the German Ambassador to Australia, His Excellency Dr Marcus Ederer and the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Western Australia, Dr Gabriele Maluga for selected parts of the program.
Key visits will include Woodside's H2Perth project, BP's Hydrogen Hub in Kwinana, CSIRO's Australian Resources Research Centre, APA Group’s Western Australian Renewables Precinct including Emu Downs and Badgingarra solar and wind farms and Fortescue Future Industries mining vehicles at Hazelmere.
Get in touch with Thomas Mueller, Analyst for Energy Cluster at the German-Australian Chamber of Industry & Commerce for all further questions.
Our delegation trips tend to sell out very quickly, and spaces are strictly limited. Register soon to avoid disappointment!
