Your impact matters from day one!
Are you thriving in a role where you're part of a strong team but also get room to own projects and challenge the status quo? At WEICON Australia, you'll drive your own initiatives, learn fast, and make a real difference.
About WEICON Australia
WEICON is a German, family-owned company founded in 1947 and specialising in
adhesives and sealants, technical sprays, assembly pastes and professional cable stripping tools.
With subsidiaries and partners around the world, WEICON has grown from its headquarters in Münster, Germany, into an international industrial brand.
WEICON Australia opened in 2025 as the company's 11th international branch, giving you the opportunity to experience something unique: the entrepreneurial environment of a newly established Australian business combined with the stability, technical expertise and international network of an established German family-owned company.
Our Australian office and warehouse are based in Stapylton, Queensland, strategically located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The area sits within one of Southeast Queensland's key industrial and logistics corridors, giving us direct access to customers across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and beyond.
From here, our team is building the WEICON brand across Australia and New Zealand and supporting customers in industries including mining, manufacturing, marine, maintenance and repair, electrical and engineering.
And you'll be part of that journey.
The Opportunity
This isn't an internship where you'll spend six months doing the same administrative tasks. You'll gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of an international business, including internal sales, marketing, order management, logistics, customer service and business administration.
You'll work in a supportive team where you learn fast and get direct feedback. At the same time, you'll lead your own projects end-to-end, from idea to delivery. We give you trust and expect accountability. You'll have the freedom to test, iterate, and learn from what works and what doesn't. Here, mistakes aren't failures; they're stepping stones to better solutions.
What you'll do
What you bring
Your background
Business or engineering backgrounds are a great fit, but honestly, we accept all study areas. We care about your drive and problem-solving ability, not your degree.
