Terms of Contract

The General Terms and Conditions published on this page apply to all contractual relationships between AHK Australien (German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce) / DE International and the customer in the respective contract that already exists or is commencing in the future.

The application of any general terms and conditions specified by the customer is expressly excluded.

 

Any written agreements between the parties, in particular specific agreements in the contract offer, shall take precedence.
