+61 (0)2 8296 0425 juergen.wallstabe@germany.org.auAustralia holds abundant reserves of critical minerals essential to the global energy transition, while Germany brings advanced technologies and expertise to process these resources. Together, the two countries are well positioned to strengthen secure, sustainable supply chains, particularly for electric vehicles and other clean energy technologies. Green iron adds even more potential, pairing Australia’s iron ore and renewable energy with Germany’s demand for low-emission steel.
Following IMARC in Sydney, a German resources delegation is travelling to Perth, supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The delegation consists of German companies interested in sourcing Critical Minerals from Australian companies.
Join us for the "Green Iron and Critical Minerals Networking Forum" to connect with the Critical Mineral Delegation, our members, and key stakeholders across the green iron and critical minerals sectors. Exchange insights and explore new opportunities for German-Australian collaboration to build sustainable supply chains.
