Spielwarenmesse eG was founded in 1950 and is based in Nuremberg. It is one of the leading organisers of international trade fairs in the toy and games industry. Its flagship fair, Spielwarenmesse®, takes place annually in Nuremberg and is the world's largest B2B toy fair.

As the largest and most important event of the year, the Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg brings together all international decision-makers. Well-known brands, trendy start-ups, buyers from large chains, independent retailers and many media representatives make the Spielwarenmesse a unique event for everyone who helps shape the toy market.

The 2025 edition featured 2,362 exhibitors from 71 countries, covered 175,000 m² and attracted 57,500 visitors from 126 nations.
