Worldwide people are celebrating the Munich-originated tradition of Oktoberfest. What is now known as THE German cultural festival, goes back to the early 19th century. But did you know, before it became a three-week long public festival, it all started with a royal wedding between Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen? As one big celebration isn’t enough, the couple decided to extend the festivities and include horse races and other spectacles into the multi-day celebrations. Opening it to the public for years to come, the traditions slightly changed and evolved to what the world now knows as the Oktoberfest.

For this Official German Oktoberfest in Melbourne, we have strictly limited tickets available. Your participation will solely depend on a first come first serve principle.
