About our HR Circle

The HR Circle offers members an exclusive opportunity to discuss the latest industry challenges and developments, and to share their expertise and experience. Human resources is no longer just a necessary task or something that can be treated as an afterthought. In recent years, the battle for talent, both onshore and offshore, and staff retention have been discussed more than ever. On average, people change careers three to seven times over their lifetime, which places additional pressure on HR professionals to keep staff engaged and motivated and to provide room for growth and development. We also deal with changes to laws, such as employment and data privacy legislation, and, of course, the implementation of artificial intelligence in the profession. As many companies do not have large, diverse HR teams, we offer our member organisations and their HR professionals the opportunity to meet and openly share knowledge. All of our Circles follow the Chatham House Rule.

Topic: Employee Advocacy

Michelle J Raymond is the founder of B2B Growth Co and creator of the Power of Two approach. A LinkedIn Company Pages specialist, she helps organisations combine Page-led growth with employee advocacy — so buyers hear from both the brand and the people behind it.

Together with Michelle, we'll explore strategies for identifying, empowering, and supporting employees to share their expertise, represent brand values authentically, and build meaningful connections with target audiences. From developing confidence on public platforms to aligning personal and corporate narratives, the session will highlight practical approaches, governance considerations, and real-world examples that deliver measurable results.

Designed for HR professionals and People Leaders, this event offers actionable guidance on enabling employee advocacy in a way that enhances organisational culture, strengthens brand reputation, and responsibly manages risk.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast, connect with peers, and leave with fresh perspectives and practical ideas to elevate your brand through the voices that matter most — your people.
