As cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated, organisations are facing growing pressure to protect their people, data and operations while keeping pace with new technologies. Artificial intelligence, cloud solutions and increasingly connected workplaces are opening up new opportunities, but also creating new risks that businesses need to understand and manage. At the same time, evolving cybersecurity, data protection and privacy regulations are adding another layer of complexity for organisations operating in Australia and internationally. The Cyber Circle brings together cybersecurity professionals and decision-makers from our member organisations to openly discuss these challenges, share practical approaches and learn from each other’s experiences. From emerging threats and cyber resilience to incident response, AI and regulatory developments, the Circle provides a trusted space to exchange knowledge and perspectives. All our Circles follow the Chatham House Rules, ensuring a confidential and open dialogue.
Vibe coding is changing how quickly businesses can turn ideas into working prototypes. But getting something to work is only the first step – moving from experimentation to a solution that is reliable, secure and ready for real-world business use presents a very different challenge.
Join our member company One BT for an interactive session exploring how organisations are integrating vibe coding into their broader AI and innovation strategies. We will look at real-world examples of AI initiatives that failed to deliver, what went wrong, and how one underperforming use case was turned into a successful business outcome. Together, we will explore the role of quality, governance, security, integration and scalability in taking AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to production.
The session will provide a practical framework for assessing which AI ideas are worth pursuing, where further development is needed and when it may be better to stop. The focus is not simply on what can be built with AI, but on how organisations can turn experimentation into solutions they can trust, implement and scale.
The session is designed for business and technology leaders, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, digital, strategy, transformation and innovation leaders, as well as teams already experimenting with AI and vibe coding or looking to move AI pilots into production.
