The Australian Government is embarking on a transformative journey to connect Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne via a high-speed rail network. With the first stage focused on the critical Newcastle to Sydney corridor, the project presents a landmark opportunity for international collaboration. Gain direct insights into project timelines, procurement pathways, and how German expertise can play a role in this nationally significant corridor.

For this event we welcome Steve Joseph who is Executive General Manager (Projects and Commercial) at the Australian Government’s High Speed Rail Authority. Steve led the development of the business case for the proposed high speed rail link that will connect Newcastle to Sydney and is now leading commercial and financing arrangements for major delivery contracts, working with industry.

Participation in this webinar is restricted to members of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
