The Victoria & EU Economic Forum is returning for its third edition this year!
For 2026, AHK Australien is proud to collaborate with the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Italian Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Australia, La Camara (Spanish-Australian Chamber of Commerce), Pinsent Masons and Global Victoria.
You can look forward to a series of high-level discussions, including:
- A keynote address by Kate Houghton, Secretary of the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA)
- A panel discussion with energy experts from each participating EU country on: “Shifting Currents: Geopolitical Realignment and Energy Priorities for Europe & Australia in the face of geopolitical uncertainty”
- A panel discussion featuring major European energy companies operating in Victoria, titled: “Powering the Transition: Policy, Wires and Markets that Actually Work”. Panellists will include James Katsikas, CEO of EDF Power Solutions, Matthew Dickie, APAC Head of Regulatory Affairs – Renewables at RWE and a representative from Iberdrola Australia.
Stay for deeper conversations with senior leaders from government, industry and the international business community afterwards and strengthen business relations between Europe and Victoria.
