Topic: Climate Leadership in the Built Environment
Climate responsibility is no longer just about reporting—it’s about action.
Together with auverde and Viessmann Climate Solutions, we will explore how environmental performance and governance responsibilities are rapidly converging. As carbon accounting, climate risk assessments, governance frameworks and transition planning become integral to organisational strategy, leaders are being challenged to climate commitments into tangible outcomes.
Focussing on the built environment, we will examine how organisations can design effective decarbonisation strategies across building portfolios - e.g. using energy-efficient heating, cooling, ventilation, and hot water solutions - while navigating evolving reporting obligations. Together, we will unpack practical approaches to aligning governance, risk management and sustainability goals—moving beyond compliance toward measurable progress.
