About the Marketing Circle

The Marketing Circle offers its members the exclusive opportunity to discuss the latest industry challenges and developments, and to share their expertise and experience. Marketing is an ever-evolving industry. Technological developments such as MarTech, ChatGPT and Web 3 are changing the way we work and communicate with our audiences. The challenges posed by GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Australian privacy laws often make it feel like we are trying to find our way through a legal jungle. The Marketing Circle gives marketing managers of our member organisations the chance to meet and discuss current developments in the marketing landscape, sharing expertise and experience. All of our circles follow the Chatham House rules.

Thema: How your personal LinkedIn profile is an asset to your company and brand

As marketers, we are well known for knowing how to steer the camera while staying away from the spotlights ourselves. In today's world, building a credible brand and positioning a business as a reliable and knowledgeable partner in the industry means showing up ourselves and adding a personal touch to the work we do.

You may think about whether or not you should post on LinkedIn won't affect the daily business of your company, but in reality, your personal profile will become an asset not only to you but to your business just as much. At this Marketing Breakfast, we want to discuss ideas and showcase experience on how you can show up on LinkedIn, position yourself as a thought leader and grow your company's credibility while doing so. Furthermore, we want to talk about strategies for your teams to take on LinkedIn, build their profiles and elevate brand perception in the market while doing so.

We are excited to have Nina Christian, an expert in Personal Brand Strategy, Fellow Certified Practising Marketer, awarded by the Australian Marketing Institute, and Mentor to professionals worldwide in building their personal brand, as a speaker to kick us off.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast, kindly hosted and provided by Deutsche Schule Melbourne, connect with peers, and leave with actionable ideas to elevate your brand through the voices that matter most - your people.
