About our HR Circle
The HR Circle offers members an exclusive opportunity to discuss the latest industry challenges and developments, and to share their expertise and experience. Human resources is no longer just a necessary task or something that can be treated as an afterthought. In recent years, the battle for talent, both onshore and offshore, and staff retention have been discussed more than ever. On average, people change careers three to seven times over their lifetime, which places additional pressure on HR professionals to keep staff engaged and motivated and to provide room for growth and development. We also deal with changes to laws, such as employment and data privacy legislation, and, of course, the implementation of artificial intelligence in the profession. As many companies do not have large, diverse HR teams, we offer our member organisations and their HR professionals the opportunity to meet and openly share knowledge. All of our Circles follow the Chatham House Rule.
Topic: The Workplace of Tomorrow
The traditional office is evolving. Driven by technology, demographics, sustainability, and globalisation, the future of work is no longer just a physical location; it’s a dynamic, digital-first mindset. Organisations are now at a crossroads, navigating a massive transformation that requires bold leadership and a total cultural shift.
Success demands more than just new tools; it requires a strategic overhaul of how we operate:
- Tomorrow's leaders must manage and develop beyond "human" by augmenting AI and human workforces to deliver impact and value to the organisation
- Move beyond basic remote work by embracing flexible schedules and asynchronous collaboration
- Use automation and AI to eliminate repetitive tasks and unlock capacity for higher-value, impactful work
- Thrive on generational divides and empower human-led innovation in an AI-augmented world.
- Empower employees by prioritising wellbeing, continuous growth, and career evolution
Together with Su Jella, Executive and Advisor at Nano Insights, we will explore The Workplace of Tomorrow. An innovative and visionary leader in data, Su is a distinguished strategist at the intersection of digital transformation, data, and AI, known for transforming technical complexity into competitive advantage.
A light breakfast will be served.
