Every site around Australia and New Zealand held either a BBQ or morning tea to enable colleagues to get together, have the converstaion and encourage everyone to ask each other "Are you OK"? and to also remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life's ups and downs.
"Whenever you notice a change, no matter how small, we want you to trust your gut and start an R U OK? conversation".
