We've built this Mobile App exclusively for members of the German-Australian Chamber!

It has all the important information you'll need for our events and to interact with other members.

To be part of this exciting initiative you need to give us your permission to upload your details to the contact list of the Mobile app. Your name, position and company will be displayed - without displaying direct private contact details. Other Members of the German-Australian Chamber can only contact you via the Mobile App platform, while you have the opportunity to accept or reject messages. You can anytime revoke this permission without reasons by sending an email to media@germany.org.au

Where can I download the GAC Member+ Mobile App?

You can download the app for free from the

How can I get access to the mobile app?

Every employee of Member-companies of the German-Australian Chamber can get access. Send an email to our support team: media(at)germany.org.au with your Name, Position and Company-details and give us permission to upload your details to GAC Member+.

I recently became a member with the German-Australian Chamber – how do I get my login for the app?

I have trouble accessing the mobile app – what should I do?

After you downloaded the app and open it for the first time, you have to login with your details and personal Pin which will be sent to the email you registered with.

Which Operating System or Devices do I need to use the App?

Mobile Operating Systems

GAC Member+ requires iOS 10 and higher or Android 7.0 and higher.

Devices

iPad 1, iPhone 4s, iPod Touch 4th generation and older Apple devices are not supported. Our app can only be downloaded on Android devices that have access to the Google Play Store. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported.

How save is my data?

You have within the Registration process the option to set your profile to Public or Private. The difference is if you want to display your contact details (phone number, email) directly or want that other members only use the internal messaging system to contact you. You always have the option to block other members, to avoid receiving messages from them.

We treat your data in the most sensitive way. The data we collect will be used according to the GDPR standards.

I have some ideas of how to improve the Mobile App. Who should i contact?

We would be happy to receive feedback from you, as we are constantly improving the features of the GAC member+ app. We are also planning of conduction a Member Survey within the mobile app to ask you about your experience.
