About the Marketing Circle
The Marketing Circle offers members an exclusive opportunity to discuss current challenges and developments within the industry and share expertise and experience with each other. Marketing is an ever-evolving industry. The development of MarTech, ChatGPT, and Web 3 is changing the way we work and speak with our audiences. Challenges of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and also Australian Privacy Laws keep us on our toes and often make it feel like we are trying to find a way through the legal jungle. The Marketing Circle gives Marketing Managers of our member organisations the chance to meet and discuss current developments in the marketing landscape and share expertise and experience with one another. All our Circles are following the Chatham House Rules.
This Session: Thought Leadership through Employee Ambassadors
Join us for an engaging Marketing Circle Breakfast where we explore how to harness the power of your people to position your organisation as a thought leader. In today’s competitive landscape, audiences trust authentic voices over corporate messaging – making employee ambassadors one of the most effective tools in modern marketing.
Together with fellow marketing professionals, we’ll discuss strategies to identify, empower, and support employees in sharing their expertise, representing your brand values, and creating genuine connections with your target audience. From building confidence in public platforms to aligning personal and corporate narratives, we’ll uncover best practices and real-world examples that deliver measurable impact.
We are excited to have Michelle J. Raymond from B2B Growth Co. as our Expert Guest Speaker on the topic, who helped implement this strategy at BRITA.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast, connect with peers, and leave with actionable ideas to elevate your brand through the voices that matter most – your people.
