The Customer Service One Training aims to activate the personal effectiveness and communication of the participants and improve their conscious influence on others. It also aims to enable participants to achieve better results for the company by effective communication between the company and customers, building long term relationships and showing more initiative and creativity. Management One Training
The Management One Training shows the participants the unused strengths which lie dormant within them. It aims to increase the personal effectiveness of the participants and improve their conscious influence on others, the achievement by co-workers, management and leadership skills. Management Two Training
The Training aims to further develop and increase personal influence and behaviour in regards to dealing with colleagues, co-workers and other contacts. It aims to heighten efficiency in goal and co-worker oriented negotiation and decrease personal inconsistency and the negative effects of time pressure. It aims to increase competence and develop best practise models for individual cases. More information here.
