Are you an Australian based Executive and/or Director working for a German Company, trying to navigate dual reporting responsibility and to ensure compliance in the Australian governance environment?

The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) is delighted to partner with the German Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC) to invite you to a unique one-day interactive session hosted by BMW Sydney: Subsidiary Companies – Directors’ Roles and Responsibilities.

The session will focus on German companies with subsidiaries in Australia that:

  • have bilateral reporting and compliance responsibilities; and
  • are exposed to significant cultural differences across Australia and Germany.

Please note: 10 DPD Points* will apply once patricipants attended this workshop.

Director Professional Development (DPD) supports members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) in developing and maintaining their director skills and capabilities through planning and tracking their professional development activities. Members (MAICD), graduates (GAICD) and fellows (FAICD) are required to accrue and maintain 60 DPD units over a rolling three-year cycle, with this program offering 10 valuable DPD points for each attendee.
